Job summary


The E-commerce Account Representative will assist the Director in managing corporate relationships to meet sales performance targets for designated e-commerce marketplace accounts. This role involves implementing strategic plans and offering daily insights and solutions for assigned e-commerce businesses. The E-commerce Account Representative will oversee multiple brands within American Bath Group (ABG), ensuring cohesive management and support across all brands.


Primary responsibilities

Ø Work with director to drive partnerships with accounts and account stakeholders to help create alignment necessary in reaching plan objectives.

Ø Provide analysis, presentation of products/programs, and category management.

Ø Work in conjunction with New Product Development Team to identify new product opportunities, curate account specific sku recommendations and implement sku live status for new customers/products.

Ø Implement sales promotions, market research, category management feedback, competitive analysis, and create product, sales and marketing presentations

Ø Maintain strong communication with the internal team to optimize support for the account. Identify key success factors and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement effective strategies.

Ø Contribute to the development of sales strategies and meeting sales targets, performance analysis identified by the Director.

Ø Resolve all external/internal customer concerns quickly and thoroughly.

Ø Provide input and feedback for sales updates along with timely sales activity reports as necessary for sales leadership to fully understand the opportunities, progress and challenges related to achieving objectives.


Profile

Ø Account management experience a plus

Ø Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred


Qualifications and competencies

Ø Highly organized self starter;

Ø Customer relationship building skills;

Ø Excellent planning and analysis skills;

Ø Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Outlook a must and experience with data warehouse sales reporting systems (i.e. Cognos, SAP BW) will be considered a plus;
