Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to and follow up on all inquiries from prospective clients
- Qualify prospective clients
- Attend all client meetings
- Complete the project estimates using our systems
- Use computer software and/or hand sketches to prepare creative project designs
- Design clear and detailed scope of work for clients and staff using our systems
- Assist the clients in all product selection in our Design Center showroom
- Prepare and complete all contract documents using our systems
- Follow up with project during construction as needed
- Complete the final walk-through with clients after project to present warranty packet and ask for referrals
Professional Experience:
- Degree in design, business, or sales; and/or 5-10 years of experience selling in the Kitchen and Bath Industry
- Experience working with residential trade contractors
- Understanding of construction basics
- Basic computer skills in MS Office applications and 20/20 CAD software proficiency
