THE BASICS
Pay: Our Residential Remodeling Technician makes $20.00 - $26.00/hour and can earn bonuses!
Schedule: Working hours are normally from 8:00 am until 4:00 or 5:00 pm, depending on business needs. No weekends are required!

This kitchen and bath remodel position is also eligible for uniforms and a work van.
DAY-TO-DAY AS A RESIDENTIAL REMODELING TECHNICIAN
You show up to work on time and ready to get the job done alongside your skilled team. Your main focus is on kitchen and bath remodels, and you use various tools to complete tiling, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, electric, and light construction work. As you transform spaces, you communicate with clients about their needs and ensure your work aligns with their vision. Quality and timeliness are your top priorities, and you make sure to thoroughly clean your work area before leaving the home. This is a great opportunity to complete rewarding hands-on work and enjoy variety in your days!
REQUIREMENTS
- Construction or remodeling experience
- Residential carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills
- Ability to follow the DreamMaker Code of Values
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to appropriately solve problems and prioritize multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and a team spirit
We'd prefer a candidate with lead carpentry experience but could make this kitchen and bath remodel position an apprentice-style one.
