PAY & PERKS

As our Residential Carpentry Foreman - Lead Carpenter, you'll earn a competitive salary of $40,000 per year, with additional project performance incentives. We also provide great benefits and perks, including paid sick leave, paid vacation, and opportunities for advancement.

BECOMING OUR RESIDENTIAL CARPENTRY FOREMAN - LEAD CARPENTER

Schedule:

You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, with optional weekends.

Your finesse in reviewing procedures, ordering materials, and handling change orders defines you as the visionary behind every project. Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 5 years of construction experience
• Experience working with trade partners, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, countertops, drywall, and tile and flooring
• Experience in all remodeling aspects
• Experience managing others

• Strong understanding of construction basics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated with the ability to set goals and measure performances
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Great problem-solving skills
• Organized, punctual, and attentive to detail

Having a bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience is preferred. 5 years of experience in finish carpentry is also a plus!
