WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
You will typically work from 8 am - 5 pm, but after-hour appointments or Saturday shifts may be necessary at times.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
Your responsibilities will include maintaining the open office for business, adjusting thermostats, and ensuring the front porch area is presentable. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our design center, ensuring it is always ready for customer presentations. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering calls and greeting walk-in traffic when the Office Manager is not available. You will fill out lead sheets, set showroom appointments, and meet with every prospect in the showroom to build rapport and understand their wants and needs. You will guide them through the material options, provide a budget estimate, and explain our DMBK system using the New Client Packet. After the showroom appointment, you will conduct home visits to survey the project, confirm information, and gather more details by asking questions.
You will also be responsible for managing sales leads and contracts through our Reality Board system, following up on leads, and ensuring our water and candy bowls are always stocked. Additionally, you may assist the Office Manager with deliveries that require extra help. This is a dynamic and exciting role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
