Due to growth, it has created a need for a Director of Sales position that will be responsible for maximizing domestic sales and profitability of all DreamPak© and affiliated product lines. This position is responsible for maximizing domestic sales of DreamPak and affiliated product lines with respect to major accounts within the assigned market through effective involvement with industry customers and representative organizations regarding major job involvement and major job strategic planning. In addition, enhancing long term customer relationships through direct contact is a key part of this position. The Director of Sales position comes with a competitive base salary, bonus, full comprehensive benefits program, 401K retirement program, paid time off and holiday pay.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent must develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the business of the assigned marketplace at its target accounts.
This position will manage Major Accounts within the assigned marketplace. This includes assuring that the full line of market appropriate products is being sold into the market and it's accounts.
The incumbent will be assigned specific target accounts and is responsible for turning them into Major Accounts.
This position will serve as the job captain on all major jobs that develop within the assigned territory. This includes direct face-to-face selling on the job as well as directing and coordinating representative efforts.
Maximize assigned marketplace sales volume across all products through effective identification of the territory's potential as well as development and implementation of effective strategic plans.
Keep current with all DreamPak products, competitive products, and sales strategy, and assigned industry trends and developments.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required; and 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Management and/or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
Sales experience with private label and/or store brand is strongly preferred.
Outside and regional sales experience in the food and/or beverage industry is required.
This role requires up to 20% travel.
A valid US driver’s license and passport are required.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
