Who We’re Looking For:

Duties of the Employee Benefits Broker:
- Develop and Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with small to medium-sized businesses to understand their employee benefits needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Generate New Business: Actively prospect and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and leveraging existing connections to expand your client base.
