- Own and execute the end-to-end event strategy, including academic conferences, webinars, roundtables, trade shows, and partner events
- Collaborate with product, sales, and client success to develop compelling event themes and content that position Dreamscape Learn as a trusted thought leader in EdTech
- Source and secure high-profile speakers, moderators, and academic voices from top institutions
- Maximize lead generation, brand visibility, and post-event engagement through pre- and post-event workflows
- Track event ROI, drive continuous optimization, and build a scalable event playbook
- Develop and oversee a content calendar aligned to institutional buyer journeys, featuring case studies, whitepapers, panel recordings, blog posts, and academic insights
- Partner with internal experts and external stakeholders to create educational, storytelling-rich content that resonates with higher ed audiences
- Use content strategically to fuel campaigns, events, sales enablement, and partner marketing
- Lead a recurring webinar series designed to showcase customer success stories, product innovations, and institutional best practices
- Collaborate with higher ed partners to co-create content that builds credibility and influence within the academic community
- Develop and support thought leadership initiatives (e.g., research, guides, faculty spotlights) that elevate the brand across digital and event channels
- Build and manage multi-touch campaigns using email, social, digital advertising, and ABM tactics to drive top-of-funnel awareness and bottom-of-funnel conversion
- Create segmented, personalized campaigns tailored to different institutional roles and buying stages
- Support event and content promotion with channel-specific strategies
- Serve as a strategic partner to sales, partnerships, and product marketing to align messaging and generate qualified leads
- Collaborate with customer success and academic partners to surface compelling stories and use cases
- Support partner marketing efforts, including co-branded events, speaking engagements, and shared content initiatives
- Track and report on KPIs across events and campaigns, including registrations, attendance, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Leverage insights to refine audience targeting, messaging, and event execution strategies
- Test and experiment with new formats, platforms, and content types to expand reach and improve conversions
- 6-10 years of experience in demand generation, content marketing, and/or event marketing in EdTech, Enterprise SaaS, or education sectors
- Deep knowledge of the higher education and K12 sector landscapes and the ability to engage academic decision-makers through relevant messaging and experiences
- Proven success in planning and executing events, both in-person and virtual, with measurable pipeline impact
- Exceptional content strategy and storytelling skills tailored to an academic audience
- Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and webinar/event platforms (e.g., ON24, Zoom, Splash)
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of buyer journeys in higher education and K12, especially for technology and innovation adoption
- Passion for learning, education, and creating meaningful, audience-first experiences
- Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 per annum
