We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. This role involves hands-on labor in a variety of landscaping tasks, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and visually appealing.
Duties
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Build and install hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls to enhance outdoor spaces.
- Carry out groundskeeping duties including planting, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing gardens.
- Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs.
Skills
- Knowledge of garden care techniques including plant selection, soil preparation, and pest management.
- Mechanical knowledge for the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment.
- Experience with lawn care practices such as aeration, overseeding, and fertilization.
- Ability to irrigate effectively using various irrigation methods.
- Skills in building hardscape elements that enhance landscape aesthetics.
- Familiarity with snow plowing techniques for winter landscape maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
