Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window install assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the lead installer in the installation of windows in residential properties, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.

Duties

• help Install windows according to specifications and building codes.
• can do attitude and willingness to learn the install process.
• Ensure proper sealing and insulation of windows to prevent air or water leaks.
• Conduct quality checks on installed windows to ensure functionality and aesthetics.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with door hanging and frame carpentry as needed.
• Provide support in construction painting and metal stud framing tasks when required.

Skills

• some construction skills are perferred but not required
• Familiarity with construction painting techniques is a plus.
• Ability to perform maintenance person tasks related to window installation and maintenance perffered but not required we will train you
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with window installation.

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
