Dreamstyle Remodeling, powered by Renovo, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Manager to lead a high-performing team of Brand Ambassadors in our high-volume, high-opportunity Denver market. This is an exciting leadership role that plays a vital part in driving home improvement leads for our in-home sales team.
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will inspire and develop a team responsible for generating leads through retail events, home shows, and door-to-door canvassing. We need a leader who can energize their team, optimize performance, and ensure every Brand Ambassador maximizes their potential. This market has historically been one of our best, and we’re looking for someone who can drive continued success.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Lead & Develop Teams: Coach and motivate Brand Ambassadors to achieve and exceed lead generation goals.
Event & Canvassing Management: Oversee staffing, logistics, and execution of retail events, home shows, and door-to-door campaigns to maximize lead opportunities.
Strategic Data-Driven Execution: Analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to refine campaigns and ensure seamless lead handoffs.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate lead tracking and provide leadership with regular performance updates.
What We’re Looking For:
3 Years of Field Marketing Experience (preferably in home improvement, direct sales, or consumer-focused industries)
Proven Leadership: Strong ability to manage, develop, and inspire a team
Goal-Oriented Mindset: Passion for meeting and exceeding performance targets
Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Salesforce)
Excellent Communicator: Ability to motivate, coach, and engage a diverse team
Schedule & Work Environment:
Full-Time, Hybrid Role – A mix of office, remote, and field work
Active, High-Energy Work: Expect to be in the field engaging with your team and ensuring top performance
