Dreamstyle Remodeling Inc. is seeking experienced Install Helpers with retrofit window experience to join our team. As the nation’s number one remodeling company by sales, we have more work than we can currently handle, and we need skilled Install Helpers like you to meet our installation demands.
Our pay structure is variable rate, meaning you won’t be tied to an hourly wage. Install Helpers earn between $22 and $32 per hour, based on performance and experience. The more you install, the more you earn. We also offer full benefits and a 401k plan, including Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance.
