Overview
Dreamstyle Remodeling Inc. is looking for motivated Apprentices with an interest in working with retrofit windows! We are the nation's number one remodeling company by sales, and with more work than we can handle, we need apprentices to help us meet the growing demand.
As an apprentice, you’ll work closely with experienced installers and gain hands-on training while earning a competitive wage. Our compensation model operates on piece rate, meaning your pay is based on the amount of work you complete, so the more you learn and contribute, the more you can earn. You can expect to make anywhere from $22 - $32 an hour depending on your progress and performance.
What You Can Expect:
- Competitive compensation $40,000-$55,000 as an apprentice. $85,000 to $120,000 as a lead installer.

What We Need from You:
- A strong desire to learn and gain experience in retrofit window installation.
- Your own vehicle, with the expectation of transitioning to a truck or work van in the foreseeable future as you move toward a lead installer role.
