We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Technician to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning pools, as well as repairing and servicing pool equipment. - Perform routine maintenance tasks on pools, including cleaning and sanitizing
- Test water chemistry and make necessary adjustments to maintain proper balance
- Inspect and repair pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, and heaters
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with pool systems and equipment
- Perform repairs or replacements of faulty parts or components
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Proven experience in pool maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and chemical treatments
- Familiarity with pool equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and find solutions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
