Provides service with integrity , respect , empathy , and confidentiality to program participants, staff, and community members;
Supports a safe and structured environment for all staff and youth.
Forms deep connections and engages with current and potential donors to support DreamTree Project with cash and in-kind donations.
Education & Experience Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant work experience OR Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, sales, or related field
Experience in grant writing (preferred)
Responsibilities :
Develop fundraising and outreach strategies and campaigns
Coordinate and manage annual radio fundraiser
Produce quarterly e-mail newsletters
Produce bi-annual donor appeal mailers
Support planned giving with local attorneys
Create and share impact reports and annual reports
Supervise the Community Outreach Coordinator
Lead fundraising team in coordinated efforts (intern and consultants)
Coordinate strategic plan with fundraising consultant
Research new methods of fundraising and determine feasibility of new fundraising programs
Assist with grant writing when needed
Manage cloud based constituent relationship management database (Little Green Light)
Connect with donors on a quarterly basis via personal phone calls / meetings
Attend local networking and community events (chamber, rotary, festivals, etc.) as needed
Attend regular staff meetings, management team meetings, and other meetings as required
Maintain a clean driving record based on DreamTree Project requirements
Participate in DreamTree's on-call rotation program
Participate in other duties as assigned

Participate in the on-call phone rotation schedule.
