Program Manager, Taos NEST Day Services
Hours: Full-time, regular, non-exempt, 36 hours per week

Program Manager Requirements:
- Maintain trauma-informed, supportive environment for staff and residents
- Oversee provision of basic services in an emotionally and physically safe, clean, and supportive atmosphere
- Embodies DreamTree's values of integrity, safety, and structure, respect, and empathy
- Engages as a member of a team of care to ensure safety, stability, and permanency using trauma-informed care
Education & Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 years of management and/or supervisory experience in a human services related field
- High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of relevant experience in a human services related field OR Masters's or Bachelor's Degree in a human services field of study and 1 year of relevant experience in a human services related field
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement resource center policies, procedures, and operations in keeping with evidence-based practices and community needs
- Supervise and support Street Outreach Specialists, Enchanted Circle Corps Member(s), Resource Advocate, Service Navigator, and Common Grounds team members
- Supervise and support Taos LEAD Case Managers
- Support coordination with all service agencies at the resource center
- Participate in hiring, coaching, and addressing performance issues of employees
- Coordinate initial training for new employees
- Oversee scheduling and coverage of Street Outreach routes
- Oversee data collection and reports for programs
- Ensure program environments operate safely, including review of incidents and follow-up
- Facilities grievance process when needed
- Monitor and maintain consistency, fairness, and clarity when executing program guidelines and expectations
- Review staff notes and files
- Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled, including all staff meetings, one-on-one meetings, reflective supervision, and others as designated by supervisor
- Participate in the on-call phone rotation schedule
- Maintain a clean driving record based on DreamTree Project insurance requirements
- Participate in other duties as assigned
Additional Compensation:
- $100 = 30 Days after start date
- $100 = 60 Days after start date
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
