Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients to enhance their behavioral health and overall quality of life.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Monitor client progress through regular data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in behavioral health and applied behavior analysis.
Experience
- Proven experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities is essential.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
- Familiarity with patient care protocols and the ability to assess patient needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
- Knowledge of behavioral health practices, including the ability to implement interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles.
