Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of framing and construction, contributing to the successful completion of residential and commercial projects. This role requires a strong understanding of building techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Construct and install frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively, including heavy machinery when necessary.
• Perform remodeling tasks as needed, ensuring quality workmanship throughout the project.
• Execute concrete finishing and forming tasks as part of the framing process.
• Engage in masonry work when required, contributing to the overall structural integrity of projects.
• Restore and maintain existing structures through repair and installation efforts.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols on the construction site to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in framing or related construction fields such as carpentry or concrete finishing.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations in the construction industry.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
