Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Monitor to join our team. The Monitor will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals under their care.
Duties:
- Conduct regular checks and monitoring of individuals
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and data collection
- Manage conflicts and provide crisis intervention when necessary
- Supervise activities and interactions among individuals
- Administer medications as needed
- Provide addiction counseling and support services
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Implement social work practices to support individuals in need
- Provide childcare assistance when required
- Perform first aid as necessary
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry and data collection
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and provide crisis intervention
- Experience in medication administration is a plus
- Knowledge of addiction counseling principles
- Strong supervisory skills
- Background in social work or related field is preferred
- Certification in first aid is advantageous
