The Role

We’re looking for a Design & Front-End Engineer who is passionate about creating intuitive, high-quality user experiences. You’ll play a pivotal role in building and designing our products from 0 to 1, ensuring they not only look stunning but also perform seamlessly. If you thrive in an early-stage startup environment, have a deep sense of user empathy, and excel in both front-end engineering and design, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Use agentic IDEs like Windsurf or Cursor to quickly generate nicely designed front-end components, maintaining high standards of quality and usability.
• Translate complex customer needs into simple, elegant solutions.
• Own the front-end development lifecycle from concept to production, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable components that align with our design system.
• Continuously iterate on designs and features based on user feedback and analytics.
• Advocate for best practices in design, accessibility, and front-end engineering.

• Early-stage startup experience: You’ve built products from scratch (0 to 1) and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Front-end engineering expertise: Proficient in modern frameworks like React (or similar) and familiar with best practices in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong design skills: A keen eye for aesthetics, user flow, and the finer details that elevate a product from good to great.
