Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a CannabiNerd. As a CannabiNerd, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of cannabis and contribute to our mission of providing education and guidance to our customers. If you have a deep understanding of cannabis products, strains, and their effects, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others, this role is perfect for you.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their cannabis-related inquiries
- Educate customers on different cannabis strains, products, consumption methods, and effects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cannabis industry
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to the sale and consumption of cannabis
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of cannabis strains, products, consumption methods, and effects
- Passion for educating others about cannabis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in product recommendations
- Must be at least 21 years old (or as required by local regulations)
- Ability to pass any required background checks or licensing requirements

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
