Job Description
This position is responsible for site identification, feasibility analysis, acquisition, and design development to meet the current needs and future planned growth of the Cleveland Division of Drees Homes.
- Identify area sub-markets that will sustain growth and provide opportunity for future home sales.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions with regional and corporate executives.
- Assist the Division President in maintaining an ongoing 5-year strategic forecast for lot and land acquisitions.
- Conduct detailed lot/land searches in sub-markets.
- Complete necessary due diligence to verify market/site feasibility.
