Responsibilities/Qualifications
First Equity Mortgage, a subsidiary of Drees Homes, is seeking a dynamic Vice President - National Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and facilitating Drees Homes financed purchase loans through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with Drees Divisional Management, Sales Managers and Market Managers to maximize team efforts to sell homes and originate mortgages
- Ensure First Equity meets desired capture rate, margins, profitability, and customer service goals
- Staff and train Loan Officers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to meet both Drees and First Equity objectives
- Manage and assign responsibilities to Loan Officers to maximize efficiency and distribution of workload
- Provide finance related sales tools such as extended locks and relative marketing information to Drees sales staff by working in conjunction with FEM secondary marketing
- Monitor Loan Officers to ensure they are compliant with guidelines established by regulatory agencies to avoid risk

Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements:
- College degree required, in related field preferred
- Valid NMLS license
- Minimum 8-10 years personal Mortgage Loan Originator experience
- Minimum 3-5 years Mortgage Loan Origination Management experience
- Experience in the residential construction loan origination industry a plus
This position is in our First Equity Mortgage Fort Mitchell, KY office.
