POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for greeting members/guests, answering the telephone, answering inquires, and providing the service that individuals expect. Administrative tasks are also asked of this position.
Education & Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent is required.
- Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
- Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties.
- Ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques.
- Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
- Must be patient, have great customer service both for answering company telephone and in person visits from both families, residents and employees.
Experience:
- Must have related administrative experience.
Shift & Wage:
- Part-Time Opportunity Available
- Shifts Needed: 10:00am-6:00pm Weekends, possibility of working some holidays
- Wage: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
