Essential Responsibilities
- Helps identify problems with assemblies, generates Non-Conforming Material Reports to document issues.
- Works with Manufacturing Engineering to identify solutions and supports the implementation of solutions.
- Works with Quality Engineering on continuous improvement of established assembly and quality management processes.
- Supports ISO 9001:2008 internal audits, as well as ISO 9001:2008 re-certification preparation / audits.
- Streamlines existing assembly/integration processes by collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Engineering to analyze current processes; presents recommendations for improvement.
- Provides daily/weekly status of projects within work group
- Assemble, test and box product from all product lines made inside the plant Qualifications/Requirements: High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution Minimum of 1 years of manufacturing experience
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required
- Ability and willingness to work in a constant pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending and other physical activities
- Ability and willingness to be in the shop environment a minimum of 8 hours per day, primarily standing and sitting, as required
- Ability and willingness to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
