ABOUT THE ROLE
ROLE
The Benefits Manager plays a crucial role in the Human Resources function at our client. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our client’s benefits programs to ensure they align with business goals, to attract and retain top talent, and to comply with relevant regulations.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in Benefits.
- In-depth knowledge of benefits practices, regulations, and market trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ADP experience preferred
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders; consultative and collaborative style that allows for influence without authority
- Technologically Proficient, especially with Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications
