What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Para-Professional position at Drew Central School District?
A preschool para-professional is an individual charged with the duty of assisting the preschool classroom teacher. They play the important role of helping the children interact. They help the children prepare for kindergarten. Preschool paraprofessionals perform one very important duty of helping shape and mold the lives of young children. The paraprofessionals provide the children with an environment that is both caring and safe where they can grow and learn. He or she will perform other duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
Applicants must have passed the paraprofessional test or have 60 or more college hours, and a CDA or working toward completion of your CDA.
Include passing score from the paraprofessional test, or college transcript with 60 or more approved hours, and any TAPP trainings hours that you have been cumulated.
