What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Liability Defense Attorney position at Drew Eckl & Farnham?
We are growing and seeking several experienced associates to join our General Liability defense practice in our downtown Atlanta office! In this role, your caseload will primarily involve matters focused on products liability, consumer litigation, construction, trucking and transportation liability, and personal/bodily Injury liability.

Candidates must have:
- Demonstrated general liability experience (depositions, court appearances, prepared and argued motions).
- J.D. from an ABA-Approved Law School.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.
- At minimum, 2 years of general liability or litigation experience.
Candidates should have:
- Strong writing and speaking skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases with minimal management.
- Outstanding analytical skills.
- Ability to conduct depositions and manage discovery.
- Passion for litigation.
The preference for this position is that the attorney hired for this position spends 4 days in the office each week. Opportunities to work remotely may arise once the attorney gains a basic understanding of the firm systems and team processes.
