Drexel Chemical Company is currently seeking a Licensed Journeyman Electrician to service its chemical pants and warehouses in the Memphis area. Some requirements are :
1. Must be a licensed electrician in the State of Tennessee, where Drexel has six plants and five warehouses. Drexel also has a plant in Tunica, MS and warehouse in West Memphis, AR.
2. Must be able to undertake projects from the ground up, to additions, renovations, repair work and preventative maintenance.
3. Must have good mechanical skills.
Responsibilities :
- Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
- Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
- Troubleshoot motor and control systems
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
