ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a leader to coach, train, and guide our dynamic design and manufacturing team located in Amherst. This leader is responsible for creating an environment where the team can learn and grow with our off-site construction division. The leader will ensure that the Amherst off-site team is being heard and trusted throughout all of Drexel. In addition, this leader will bridge our Sales, Design, Production, Operations, and Field team members in order to grow our Off-Site Construction presence in the construction industry.
- Performance Coaching, Training, and Development; Development of your team into ninjas that can break through barriers like no other in the industry.
- Solutions Provider and Pain Point Master. Point of escalation for all things Off-Site Construction.
- Focus on Speed and Accuracy for fast and high-quality off-site products.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
- Collaboration with, and driving sales with our sales team through creative problem solving, value engineering, and passion for business growth. Engage creative thoughts to help our sales team sell.
- Utilize exceptional communication skills to effectively work through issues, demonstrating listening skills, patience, and superb problem-solving abilities and follow through.
- Keen eye for efficiency and waste. Create an environment for fast, easy, clean, and efficient work throughout the off-site process.
