ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Millwork Quoting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by accurately and efficiently generating quotes for custom millwork projects. Your expertise in understanding blueprints, materials, and labor costs will be essential to providing competitive and profitable quotes.
- Prepare accurate quotes, including itemized breakdowns and pricing
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client needs and expectations
- Answer client inquiries regarding quotes, pricing, and project timelines with world-class hospitality
- Maintain a deep understanding of millwork products, materials, and construction techniques
- Quoting for special orders and stock products
- Work with multiple component manufacturers to obtain quotes, place orders & review acknowledgments
- Comfortable with Estimating and doing millwork takeoffs
- Ensure that issues are addressed within 48 hours per the Team Blue "48 Hour Solution Resolution"
- Answer client phone calls and assist walk-in clients with a smile!
- As you grow in your role you will assist in training and motivating new team members
ABOUT YOU
- You have a strong understanding of millwork construction and materials
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural blueprints
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- You are a communication rockstar

- You have been a HUGE contributor to the success of a team
- You are known to be the point person for product knowledge
- Experience in estimating building materials is a PLUS!
