What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member of Technical Staff, ML & Agent Design position at DRH Search?
We're assisting a well-funded AI-Powered Accounting & Finance Platform startup with their search for ML & Agent Design Engineers to work on the system of agents that complete workflows. The role will work onsite in their NYC office and they're hiring multiple engineers in this capacity.
What you'll do :
Design, build, and iterate on the agent that performs accounting workflows
Prototype different architectures to solve increasingly complex tasks
Develop ML approaches to solve optimization problems
Ideal Candidate Traits :
5 years of experience developing complex systems (Python preferred)
First principles reasoner : Able to break complex concepts down to their fundamental elements and then build from there
Leader : Knows what needs to get done and how to get there
Interdisciplinary : Willing and interested to jump across multiple disciplines
