The Marketing Coordinator has strong organizational, communication, and copywriting skills to support our marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating digital campaigns, managing email marketing efforts, supporting paid advertising, and developing compelling copy for eCommerce product pages, catalogs, and SEO-driven content. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting Attendance and Leadership
- Attend and contribute in weekly internal and external marketing meetings with agency partners.
- Lead designated meetings as required, ensuring actionable outcomes and efficient use of time.
Email Marketing
- Manage project inputs for all weekly emails, including evergreen content, new product launches, and promotions.
- Edit and refine marketing emails using Figma software platform for creative alignment.
- Regularly attend email marketing meetings with email agency partners to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze and review weekly email marketing data to enhance engagement and conversions.
Paid Advertising
- Serve as the lead in maintaining and updating campaign and promotional data in shared Paid Media Documents.
- Lead project management efforts across all paid ad campaigns, ensuring accuracy in messaging and promotions and keeping timelines.
- Attend Seismic marketing meetings to align paid ad strategies and optimization.
- Oversee editing and creative adjustments for paid ad content based on internal and partner agency feedback.
Copywriting & Content Development
- Write, edit, and optimize product descriptions for eCommerce product pages, ensuring clarity, consistency, and SEO best practices.
- Develop compelling catalog copy for both digital and print collateral resources, ensuring brand voice consistency.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO-driven content strategies to improve search rankings.
- Collaborate with the web team to enhance on-page SEO, meta descriptions, and product page content.
- Regularly update and refine website content to align with promotional strategies and seasonal trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, project management and/or copywriting.
- Strong writing and editing skills with experience in eCommerce, SEO, and product marketing copy preferred.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo), project management tools (e.g. Wrike), and creative software tools (e.g. Figma).
- Understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Analytical mindset with experience reviewing marketing data and performance metrics.
