Position Overview
As a Water Restoration Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of emergency response—extracting water, drying structures, and restoring homes and businesses impacted by water damage. This role requires someone who is dependable, quick-thinking, and ready to respond to urgent situations with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls and assess the extent of water damage
- Perform water extraction using commercial-grade equipment
- Set up drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers) and monitor moisture levels
- Clean, disinfect, and deodorize affected areas
- Assist in demolition and minor structural repairs (drywall, baseboards, etc.)
- Maintain accurate documentation, photos, and moisture readings
- Ensure safe and professional conduct on job sites and with customers
- Assist with other restoration tasks as needed, including mold or fire damage cleanup
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in water restoration or property restoration
- IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to lift and move equipment and work in challenging environments
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and be available for on-call rotations (including nights and weekends)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
