Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and handle efficient check-in/check-out processes
- Process reservations, room assignments, and payments accurately
- Provide knowledgeable information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests both in person and via phone
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle special requests and resolve concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach
- Manage the multi-line phone system professionally and efficiently
- Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate records
- Support resort security procedures and emergency protocols
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Computer proficiency with ability to learn property management systems
- Multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of the Florida Keys area (preferred but not required)
