Job Duties :
Provide direct resident care, including assistance with bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, and mobility.
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
Assist with the implementation of individualized care plans.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of residents' environments.
Support nursing staff with routine patient care tasks.
