Job Summary
We are seeking a a couple people to join an extraordinary team. With very low turnover the right person will become part of a group dedicated to providing a great time... while having a great time! In an ideal world we're looking for someone to cross train doing a variety of things (no one gets to horribly bored here), a little kitchen work with a splash of teaching folks how to throw axes with watching the door on a busy night to slinging cocktails (yeah we throw axes, play video games, and eat drink and be merry here :) ). We are like no where else and have staff that are like no one else!
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities - not all of these are all the time at the same time, but we all do a bit of all of these.
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Assist guests with learning how to throw axes
- Monitor the entrance to ensure security protocols are followed while maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate guest services
- Standard kitchen duties, cooking, cleaning, etc (easiest kitchen EVER!)
- Address guest inquiries promptly and effectively, providing solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with retail math and cash handling is advantageous.
- Experience in bartending is a plus, but not necessary
- If you are even slightly okay genuinely talking with people we can teach the rest!
