Driftwood Capital is a vertically integrated commercial real estate investment, development, and lending platform, specializing in hospitality. The principals of Driftwood Capital boast a 30 year track record transacting on more than $5 billion in hospitality assets through various affiliated management and ownership entities. In 2015, the principals of Driftwood Capital launched a unique syndication model for accredited investors to access otherwise exclusive institutional-quality hotels. We are looking for a sales professional with a deep knowledge of commercial real estate structures and experience in private equity investment fundraising.
Requirements
Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with family offices, HNWI, financial advisors - onshore and offshore.
- Assist the marketing team with the strategy, communication, and project execution.
- Create roadshows, seminars, and events with key partners to attract new clients.
- Strengthen existing relationships with agents and clients.
- Assist clients and their attorneys in the investment closing process.
- Design new and attractive ways to engage with new and existing clients.
- Reporting weekly closings and sales pipeline.
- Maintain CRM updated.
- Stay up to date with all details of each of our offerings including deep understanding of investment summaries and financial models.
- Coordinate with Investor Relations internal closing procedures and ongoing support to clients.
- Follow up with our online and offline leads in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience fundraising private equity or real estate investment space.
- Detail oriented, self-starter, able to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) at all levels.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, CAIA, Master’s Degree in Business Economics or Finance) is not required, but desirable.
- Preferred experience with financial modeling and statistical analysis tools.
Travel:
- 10%-20%
