In 2015, the principals of Driftwood Capital launched a unique syndication model for accredited investors to access otherwise exclusive institutional-quality hotels. We are looking for a sales professional with a deep knowledge of commercial real estate structures and experience in private equity investment fundraising. 

Requirements

Principal Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with family offices, HNWI, financial advisors - onshore and offshore. 
• Assist the marketing team with the strategy, communication, and project execution.
• Create roadshows, seminars, and events with key partners to attract new clients.
• Strengthen existing relationships with agents and clients. 
• Assist clients and their attorneys in the investment closing process.
• Design new and attractive ways to engage with new and existing clients. 
• Reporting weekly closings and sales pipeline.
• Maintain CRM updated. 
• Stay up to date with all details of each of our offerings including deep understanding of investment summaries and financial models.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations internal closing procedures and ongoing support to clients.
• Follow up with our online and offline leads in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience fundraising private equity or real estate investment space.
• Detail oriented, self-starter, able to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) at all levels.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, CAIA, Master’s Degree in Business Economics or Finance) is not required, but desirable.
• Preferred experience with financial modeling and statistical analysis tools. 

Travel:
