Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including bar and kitchen management.
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising staff to meet high service standards.
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified staff members to build a strong team.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost control measures.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service industry, preferably in fine dining or upscale establishments.
- Strong background in kitchen management, including menu planning and food preparation techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Familiarity with bar operations, including coffee service and beverage management is a plus.
