Job Summary
The primary duties of the night auditor are to check front office accounting records for accuracy, post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner and compile information for the financial records.
This is a guest service position and will include checking guests in and out of the hotel, provide guests with hotel services information, and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner.
This position will be full time and require an overnight shift with weekend availability. The position will start at $18.25 per hour based upon experience.

Job Summary

Essential Job Functions
- Greet guests with a warm welcome during the arrival and departure and complete the registration process.
- Review and correct discrepancies in the Front Desk system and run reports.
- Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for the next day operations including completion of daily banquet revenue report.
- Maintain emergency procedures to ensure safe and secure hotel, while handling any issues during the shift.
- Ability to respond to guest requests or concerns in a friendly and positive manner. It is essential in this position that you are able to listen to the guest, demonstrate empathy and provide solutions.

- Knowledge of accounting operations to include all aspects such as accounts receivable accounts payable, etc.
- Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to understand and communicate with employees and guests.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Monitor the hotel, be aware of surroundings and signs of emergency situations.
- Ability to stand for extended period of time and move throughout the front office while performing essential job functions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
