JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing a variety of facial and body treatments designed to increase, improve, or maintain the health and appearance of skin. Provide services to simply relax or rejuvenate guests, allowing them to enjoy an indulgent spa experience.

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.
Provide education-oriented skin services
Perform facials and full body services on men and women
Skin Consultations
Provide customized and personalized facials to clientele through a deep understanding of ingredients and product offerings
Complete a comprehensive Skin Analysis of each client to better understand the needs of their skin today and in the future
Educate your clients on their homecare routine and provide personalized recommendations
Create an educational experience for each individual you touch
Listen to each client to create a unique experience rooted in hospitality
Maintain a sanitary workstation and assist with cleaning the spa
Sell services and products and consistently achieve weekly sales goals
Attend employee and aesthetician education & development meetings (monthly or bi-monthly)
Develop long-lasting relationships with clientele
Maintain punctual service completion time
Maintain outstanding attendance and punctuality in daily shifts, team meetings, and trainings.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
A valid Esthetics license (not a temporary license)
At least 1-2 years’ spa experience performing facials
Experience with Waxing
Advanced facial massage techniques
A passion for our brand and the way we are changing the skincare industry
Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
Must be confident when recommending memberships, enhancements, and products
Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - including weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand and move throughout the spa area.
Standing 95% of shift
Lifting up to 30 pounds
Occasional twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking.
Frequent talking, hearing, seeing, and smiling.
