JOB SUMMARY
Greets and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service, and closes out guest accounts upon completion of stay, as well as ensuring the guest has an exceptional stay, to meet hotel’s high standards of quality.
This position ranges from $17.50 to $18.00 per hour based upon experience and requires open availability including nights and weekends.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.
• Provide a warm welcome upon guest's arrival ensuring they have all the information they need for this visit while completing registration process.
• Answer phones and assist with guest requests during visit.
• Complete check out process ensuring the guest had an excellent experience.
• Assists other Front Desk Personnel when need.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
The Hotel may consider equivalent combination of acceptable education and experience providing the knowledge, skills and abilities cited below, when applicable
• Previous customer service experience required
• This position will require computer skills to complete online training and guest registration
• Ability to multitask while greeting guests, answering phones, responding to in house radio calls
• Ability to read, listens, and communicates effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Being observant of activity to ensure safety and security of the hotel
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time
