Providing guests with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
Plan and present bar menu.
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to maintain a positive guest experience.
Anticipate guest needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Provide quality beverages consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proven working experience as a bartender.
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
Computer literacy.
Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
Relevant training certificate.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position requires standing and walking for long periods of time and performing physical duties including lifting.
Occasional twisting, bending, stooping, and reaching.
Frequent talking, hearing, seeing, and smiling.
