What are the responsibilities and job description for the RV Park Guest Specialist position at Driftwood RV Resort?
Responsibilities:
Essential duties include:
- Guest check-in/out
- Book reservations, long term and short term stays
- Park compliance
- Guest concerns and incident responses
- Vendor relationships and accountability
- Reporting and partnership with corporate office
- Partnership with maintenance
- Create consistent documentation
- Concierge style customer service
- Clear and effective communication with guests, visitors, peers, leadership, and vendors.
- Housekeeping of all facilities, restrooms, showers, etc.

The right candidates will enjoy being part of an energetic team, exceeding guest expectations, and provide a high level of hospitality with a keen attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and written
- Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
- Customer service experience (hospitality a plus)
