Driftwood Shores is searching for an experienced bartender. This is a part-time seasonal position.
Bartender's responsibilities include mixing and serving drinks, providing customer service, and maintaining the bar.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Follow standard recipes for drinks
- Know classic cocktails and basic ingredients to create original cocktails
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service. Create a positive and enjoyable experience for guests. Maintaining the bar by keeping the bar clean and organized, wash glasses and utensils, maintain bar inventory, and follow safety and compliance. Process cash and credit card transactions.
- Ensure customers are of legal drinking age by checking photo IDs
- Refuse service to patrons who are intoxicated or disruptive
- Adhere to all local and national liquor laws
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team
Skills and requirements:
Strong knowledge of drink recipes, understanding of customer preferences, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
