What are the responsibilities and job description for the Low Voltage Technician - Bangor, ME position at DRIG Inc.?
We are on the hunt for a low voltage technician who has experience installing aftermarket electronics in vehicles, such as: GPS trackers, remote starters, alarms, dash cams, backup cams, DVR, ignition interlock systems, etc.
- This is 1099 contract work, meaning you are an independent contractor.
- Our Technicians install fleet telematics (mainly GPS trackers and cameras) in vehicles or heavy machinery, at different job locations. Techs use their own vehicle and tools, and are paid for work done by the piece or job. Travel and mileage is also paid (usually 58 cents per mile).
- Most Technicians earn on average between $30-$60 or more per hour.

Job Requirements:
- Experience installing any of the following in vehicles: GPS trackers, cameras, remote starters, alarms, DVR, ignition interlock systems, or other aftermarket mobile electronics.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Reliable 12 volt tools.
- Great customer service!
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
Experience:
