Responsibilities
- Training & Development : Participate in a comprehensive training program covering insurance products, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Sales & Client Acquisition : Proactively seek out new prospects, schedule consultations, and present insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
- Client Consultations : Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage (auto, home, life, health, etc.).
- Product Knowledge : Master a wide variety of insurance products, learning about the coverage options that best fit your clients needs.
- Goal Achievement : Strive to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ongoing Support : Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced agents to help you grow, succeed, and earn more.
Requirement
- No Experience Needed : We provide all the training and resources you need to succeed. If you dont have prior experience in insurance or sales, thats okay!
- Desire to Learn : Strong interest in starting or advancing your career in insurance. A willingness to learn, grow, and obtain your insurance license.
- Sales or Customer Service Experience (Preferred) : While not required, experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented : A drive to meet and exceed sales targets, with an eagerness to grow professionally and financially.
- Self-Motivated & Independent : Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and stay motivated.
- Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and other digital tools to manage clients and sales activities.
