Responsibilities
- Learn the Business: Receive comprehensive training on the day-to-day operations of running an insurance agency, including sales, marketing, client relationship management, and team leadership.
- Sales Development: Work alongside the agency owner to develop and implement sales strategies, generate leads, and close deals with both personal and commercial clients.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing service to retain their business.
- Agency Marketing: Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to attract new customers and enhance brand visibility in the local community.
- Team Leadership: Over time, you'll be responsible for hiring, training, and managing your own sales team to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Gain insight into managing agency finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing commissions and revenue.
- Compliance & Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations to ensure compliance and provide the best service to clients.
- Agency Growth Strategy: Work with the agency owner to develop strategies for expanding the agency, including identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and market niches.
Requirements

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
