Responsibilities
- Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying prospects, networking, and leveraging referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to recommend the most suitable insurance coverage for individuals and businesses.
- Present comprehensive insurance solutions, including quotes, policy explanations, and risk management strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through consultative selling and effective follow-up with leads and prospects.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, managing policy changes, and offering ongoing support.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product innovations to offer clients the best options.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies to meet client needs and business goals.
- Accurately maintain client records and sales activities in CRM systems for streamlined operations.
Requirement
- Proven success in sales, particularly in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Active insurance licenses (P&C , Life and Health) , or the ability to obtain one promptly.
- Strong understanding of various insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, understand client needs, and provide personalized solutions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and client accounts effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technology tools.
