RESPONSIBILITIES: As the HR Director, you will serve as the senior HR leader at one of DrinkPAK’s state-of-the-art beverage production facilities in Fort Worth, TX. This role is responsible for overseeing all HR operations at the plant level and partnering with executive leadership to create a high-performance, compliant, and people-first culture. You’ll lead a team of HR professionals and be a strategic partner to operations, helping to drive workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, and labor relations in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strategic HR Leadership: Serve as the primary HR leader for the manufacturing site, advising senior leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals.
- Employee Relations: Build and maintain a positive work environment through proactive engagement, coaching, and resolving employee issues.
- Labor Compliance & Policy: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Maintain expertise in wage & hour, safety, and employment regulations.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Partner with Talent Acquisition to meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and cultural alignment. Support retention initiatives and track key metrics.
- Training & Development: Oversee onboarding, skills training, and leadership development programs for hourly and salaried plant employees.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and inclusivity aligned with DrinkPAK’s core values.
- HR Operations: Own HRIS processes, shift schedules, attendance programs, and workforce analytics for the site.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize HR services and workforce effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
- 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing HR teams in a 24/7 or multi-shift facility.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred.
- Experience with HRIS (Workday) and strong data analytics skills are a plus.
